Marcia M. Henry is an Associate at Rao Tiliakos LLP, where she defends employers against claims of discrimination, workplace harassment, retaliation, and violations of federal and state wage and hour laws in single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, and class and collective action litigation.
Previously, Ms. Henry was a law clerk to the Honorable Sterling Johnson, Jr., U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the Honorable Carl E. Stewart, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Before her clerkships, Ms. Henry was an associate at Seyfarth Shaw LLP in New York. There, her practice included pro bono employment counseling to nonprofit social services organizations.
Ms. Henry was Editor-in-Chief of the New York University Review of Law and Social Change. Before law school, Ms. Henry advanced through human resources management positions at J.P. Morgan Chase.
